YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS BANKENSCRIBE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT. YOUR INSTALLATION OF THE BANKENSCRIBE SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. DO NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE AGREEMENT BELOW.
1. Copyright

BankenScribe MICR Font and any supporting materials (the 'Software') are copyrighted with all rights reserved. This Software is the property of BankenScribe. Unless otherwise specified, Fontmicr.com and BankenScribe own all title to this software and its copyright. The Software may not be copied, in whole or in part, without written consent of the BankenScribe except to make a back-up copy.

BankenScribe is only willing to grant you this License if you obtained the Software from Fontmicr.com or an authorized reseller. If you obtained the software from any other source you may not install or use the software.
2. License Grants

The Demo License is for trial use / demo purposes only. For commercial use, BankenScribe offers three license which you may purchase.

(a) Single User License
This license allows the use of BankenScribe MICR Font by one user on one computer in your company. Font embedding into third party documents such as PDF or DOC is not allowed in this license.
(b) Enterprise License
This license allows the use of BankenScribe MICR Font by everyone in your company. Font embedding into third party documents such as PDF or DOC is not allowed in this license.
(c) Distribution License
This license allows the use of BankenScribe MICR Font by everyone in your company. The Distribution license also allows everyone in your company to embed the MCR fonts into a PDF, Word document or other third party file.
3. Disclaimer

BankenScribe, Fontmicr.com and its authors disclaim all warranties, whether expressed, implied, or otherwise, including the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. BankenScribe and Fontmicr.com does not warrant that the software is error-free or will operate without interruption.
4. Limitation, Exclusion of all damages and Release of Liability

BankenScribe MICR Font is provided AS IS. The authors of BankenScribe MICR Font and Fontmicr.com disclaim all warranties and conditions for the Software and will in no way be responsible, in financial or any other terms, for damages (either consequential or incidental) resulting from the use or misuse of BankenScribe MICR Font. No warranty as to fitness to a particular purpose is given or implied.

The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is with you. Should the Software prove defective, you assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction, and any incidental or consequential damages.

To the full extent allowed by law, YOU HEREBY RELEASE BankenScribe, Fontmicr.com and the authors of BankenScribe MICR Font and its suppliers FROM ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ALL CLAIMS CONCERNING THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.

In no event shall BankenScribe, Fontmicr.com, its authors, or its owners be liable to you for any damages, including personal injury, lost profits, lost savings, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption or other incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever, arising out of or related to your use or the inability to use the software, however caused, even if BankenScribe, FontMICR.com, or an authorized dealer or distributor has been advised of the possibility of these damages.
